Today at the AICC headquarters in Delhi, AAP’s National Joint Secretary, Ch. Nirmal Singh, and Haryana Pradesh Vice President, Chitra Sarwara, officially joined the Haryana Congress.
The induction took place in the presence of senior Congress members, including Deepak Babariya, Incharge General Secretary of Haryana Congress, former Chief Minister Ch. Bhupender Singh Hooda, and Pradesh Congress Committee President Ch. Uday Bhan.
After joining Congress, both leaders held discussions with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Organization Secretary K.C. Venugopal.
The ceremony marked the inclusion of prominent political figures, including 4 District Councilors, 2 former District Councilors, 1 Block Committee Member, 19 Sarpanches, 103 former Sarpanches, 4 Cooperative Society Chairpersons, 12 former Municipal Councilors, and representatives from Ambala Cantt, Ambala City, Mullana, Narayangarh, Yamunanagar, and Pehowa in Haryana. Additionally, 7 Pradesh Office Bearers, 7 Lok Sabha Constituency Office Bearers, 77 District Office Bearers, 36 Circle Office Bearers, and 129 Ward and Village-level Office Bearers joined Congress.
This move is expected to enhance the Congress party’s grassroots influence in Haryana, reinforcing its position for future political challenges. The leaders expressed confidence in Congress’s ideology and commitment to serving the people of Haryana.
