Baba ka Dhaba ower Kanta Prasad attempted suicide and has been admitted. According, to the sources it is believed that he consumed sleeping pills along with alcohol.
Kanta Prasad and his wife have a shop named Baba ka Dhaba in Malviya Nagar of Delhi. He became famous overnight after youtube made a video of his innocence. A few days back he tried to commit suicide by consuming some pills and was admitted to the Safdarjung hospital. Straight after knowing this fact his family, rushed to the Safdarjung hospital on Thursday night.
According to the police, around 11:15 PM on Thursday night, they received from the hospital and the were informed about the whole incident. Kanta had consumed a heavy amount of sleeping pills and alcohol.
The doctors said in their reports he was unconscious. A statement by his son Karan said that his father had taken alcohol and sleeping pills. The police have started an investigation about the whole incident which took on Thursday night.
Back in 2020, Kanta Prasad and his wife shot to overnight fame after YouTuber Gaurav Wasan shot a video of the eatery and appealed to his followers to help the couple who were struggling to earn a livelihood.
The video was shared thousands of times on social media and several celebrities joined the appeal to urge Delhi residents to support Kanta Prasad. Baba ka Dhaba was soon flooded by customers.
