The Delhi Police arrested the prime suspect behind the “Rashmika Mandanna Deepfake Video”. Eemani Naveen (23) from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, on Saturday for creating and spreading the misleading deepfake video of Rashmika Mandanna on social media two months ago.

Naveen revealed that the original video featured a different woman in a black outfit entering a lift. Naveen allegedly used AI techniques to morph Rashmika Mandanna’s face onto the original woman’s face, creating a deceptive representation.
