In the International Gita Festival-2021, a target has been set to light five lakh diyas on Deepotsav. This diyas will be lit at the holy Brahmasarovar, Sannihit Sarovar and Jyotisar shrine. Chief Minister Manohar Lal himself will inaugurate the Deepotsav program by lighting a lamp.
KDB will light twice its previous record. This time the lake embodied in the Deepotsav will be the centre of attraction. Apart from this, separate diyas will be lit on pilgrimages in five districts of 48 Kos Kurukshetra.
IAS Vijay Dahiya, the nodal officer of the International Gita Festival-2021, took a meeting regarding the preparations for the event. He said that every moment of the International Gita Mahotsav would be made wonderful and memorable.
On December 14, in the Deepotsav program, about five lakh diyas will be lit on the Brahmasarovar, the embodied lake and the Jyotisar. For this the contribution of social and religious organizations will be taken.
