Shaganpreet Singh, an accused in the Vicky Middukheda murder case, filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding his safety. Vicky Middukheda was murdered in Mohali last year. Shaganpreet Singh has been the manager of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. He is now facing danger for his life.
He filed a petition in the High Court seeking his protection. Along with this, anticipatory bail has also been demanded in the Middukheda murder case. Shaganpreet Singh on Tuesday filed two petitions in the High Court regarding these demands. The High Court can hear them on Thursday or Friday. Shaganpreet Singh has filed both the petitions through Senior Advocate Vinod Ghai and Advocate Kanika Ahuja.
In the first petition, Shaganpreet has sought anticipatory bail in the Vicky Middukheda murder case last year. Shaganpreet has said in the petition that she is ready to join the investigation of this case, so she should be granted anticipatory bail in this case.
In the second petition, Shaganpreet has said that her life is in danger and has demanded adequate security. Shaganpreet threatens gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar and demands protection. Shaganpreet Singh says that Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar gang have got Sidhu Musewala murdered and now both of them can get him killed too.
He is ready to come to Mohali to join the investigation of Vicky Middukheda murder in Mohali but these two gangsters can get him murdered. Now the High Court will soon hear both these petitions.
