Haryana International Film Festival 2022 begins today

Under the joint aegis of Haryana Kala Parishad and Society for Art and Culture Development, a five-day Haryana International Film Festival will be organized from Wednesday at Kala Kirti Bhawan. Feature film, music, short film documentary, animation, music video, screenplay and Haryana web series will be filmed in the festival. This information was given by Dharmendra Dangi, President, Society for Art and Culture Development.

He was talking to reporters at Haryana Kala Kirti Bhawan on Tuesday. He said that the audience would be able to enjoy the variety of 75 films at this film festival. The objective of the festival is to explain the impact of the media through films on society, and the environment, film making promotion for children and children. He said that students studying journalism would also be encouraged at the festival.

At the end of the festival, Ompuri Life Time Achievement Award, Sunil Dutt Excellence Award, Pandit Jashraj Haryana Ratna Award, Pandit Laxmichand Haryana Gaurav Award, Dilip Kumar Excellence Award, Balraj Sahni Award and Devi Shankar Prabhakar Award etc. will be given.

Tania Rohilla told that on the first day there will be a feature film, open mic, and short film screening. Children’s film, feature film, and poet’s conference will be organized on May 19. There will be 20th May Master Class, Open Mic and Folk Dance, 21st May Open Talk on Cinema, Open Mic and Haryanvi Star Night. Similarly, there will be film screenings, award nights and cultural programs on 22 May. Directors of Kala Kirti Bhavan, Sanjay Bhasin, Sandeep, Yash, and Ashlisha were present on this occasion.
