Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee meeting was held on Saturday at Neem Sahib Gurdwara in Kaithal, Haryana. Jagdish Singh Jhinda has been unanimously made the head of HSGPC in the meeting.
The meeting, which lasted for several hours at Neem Sahib Gurdwara, was unanimously elected by the members of the committee. Jagdish Singh Jhinda said that after a long struggle, a separate committee of Haryana was formed. Due to which there is a wave of happiness in the Sikh Sangat of entire Haryana.
He said that in the meeting, 33 members gave the right to elect Amarendra Singh Arora, the senior member of the committee, as the chairman of the committee. Arora chose his name for the post of president. Jhinda said that Baljit Singh Daduwal is no longer the head of HSGPC.
