CM Manohar Lal is the pioneer of Haryanvi culture: Gajender Phogat
CM Manoharlal took approval from the Union Minister, the demand was pending for many years, artists had given a memorandum to Phogat
Rohtak/Haryana By fulfilling the demands of the artists pending for years, Chief Minister Manohar Lal has become the leader of the culture of Haryana.
This was stated by Gajender Phogat, OSD for his government’s promotion. Three months ago today, many artists had met Gajender Phogat and raised this demand, on which Gajender Phogat, Director of Kala Parishad, Sanjay Bhasin and Additional Director Mahavir Guddu had raised this demand of the state. On behalf of all the artists, their memorandums were submitted to the Chief Minister, on which the Chief Minister addressed the Union Minister G. Today Delhi has got stamped on this demand by meeting with Kishan Reddy.
Giving more information about this, Gajender Phogat said that due to being in Punjab only, it was very difficult for the artists of Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan etc. Punjab used to do its own arbitrariness even in the grading, due to which the artists of Punjab used to get much more honorarium than the rest of the states.
Now with the formation of the North Regional Cultural Center in Haryana, the process of justice will start with the artists. Manohar government believes in equal distribution of work as well as public welfare schemes, so proper facilities will be given to the artists of Haryana and other states.
Gajender Phogat further informed that this cultural centre will be set up in Kurukshetra, so that along with being a religious city, it will also have the privilege of being a cultural city. Along with this, on increasing the format of Surajkund Mela to be held in Faridabad. Earlier, only a few countries were involved in this, now it will be made worldwide. Describing this effort of Chief Minister Manoharlal as historic, the great artists of the state have called him the leader of Haryanvi culture.
