In a recent interview with India Today, Bhumi Pednekar discussed her upcoming Netflix project, ‘Bhakshak’, addressing sexual violence against children.
Despite wrapping up filming, Pednekar finds it difficult to disconnect from the film, stating, “It still haunts me, and I don’t think I will be able to disconnect from it easily.”
Pednekar emphasized the importance of shedding light on societal issues through cinema and acknowledged the responsibility that comes with portraying such roles authentically.
