In fact, the framework for celebrating Jat Day on April 13 was decided by the enlightened people of Jat society in the year 2014. In the year 2014, the framework for celebrating Jat Day was decided and from the year 2015, 13 in the whole of India as well as in the whole world. April was declared International Jat Day.
Since the year 2015, the sequence of celebrating International Jat Day is going on continuously and this year 2022 will be celebrated 8th International Jat Day in India. The time around the Vaisakhi festival is considered appropriate for the farmers and most of the people belonging to the Jat community do agricultural work, so it was decided to celebrate the festival of Vaisakhi on the 13th of April as International Jat Day.
On this day, the people of the Jat community praise their ancestors and great men of their society and pay tribute to them and vow to follow in their footsteps.
International Jat Day is considered a day of pride for the people of Jat society because on this day the people of Jat society decide the future of their children. Apart from this, one reason for celebrating Jat Day on 13th April is also believed that from this day the people of Jat community retire from the Ravi crop and get ready to sow the Kharif crop.
