Haryana Congress: Kumari Selja wrote a letter to Sonia against Bhupinder Singh Hooda

Haryana Congress

Since the Haryana assembly elections, former CM Bhupendra Hooda and party leader Kumari Selja have been lashing out at each other. Both these Congress leaders have formed factions in Haryana. Meanwhile, now Congress leader Kumari Selja has written a letter to Sonia Gandhi against Bhupinder Singh Hooda. He has asked Sonia to issue a show cause notice to Hooda.

Congress leader Kumari Selja has complained about Hooda visiting Ghulam Nabi Azad’s house and raising questions. He has written in his letter that action should be taken against Hooda. Let us inform that Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Anand Sharma and Prithviraj Chavan had met Ghulam Nabi Azad, who resigned from the Congress, two days ago. Since then, leaders of Hooda’s opposition faction have been vocal against him.

Now let’s talk about the tussle between Kumari Selja and Bhupendra Hooda, it is quite old. The differences between the two started only after the party’s defeat in the Haryana Assembly elections. After the defeat, Shailja openly attacked Hooda and said that he should take responsibility for it. After this, Shailja surrounded Hooda on all issues. This fight escalated when Udaybhan was given the command of the Haryana Congress, which is considered close to Hooda. She was given this post in place of Kumari Selja.
