According to Warsi, Hirani has three brilliant scripts for the film but is still working out some glitches. Hirani wants to be completely sure and satisfied with the script before proceeding with production. Warsi emphasized that Hirani never says no to the project but waits until he is 100-200% confident in the script’s quality.

The success of the Munna Bhai films had a positive impact on Arshad Warsi’s career, leading to more comedy roles in movies like Hulchul, the Golmaal series, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?, and Jolly LLB. Currently, Warsi is enjoying the success of the series Asur 2.
