Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri recently revealed in an interview that she took a break from acting a few years back to focus on her mental health. In the beginning of her career, Nargis touched everyone’s hearts with the film ‘Rockstar’. After that Nargis appeared in some more films and item numbers, but she could not show the flame which she had shown in her first film.
So after that, he decided to stay away from films for a few days and focus on his mental health. However, Nargis is now back in India and will soon start shooting for the South film.
Nargis took a break from work due to stress
Nargis said, “Somewhere I was feeling that the work pressure was getting too much on me, due to which I was getting very stressed. I was also missing my friends and family. I remember I realized this in the years 2016 and 2017.
Nargis was told by people that people would forget her by taking a break.
Nargis said that many people are afraid to take such a break as they feel that people will forget them when they come back. Talking about this, she adds, “There is a time when you need to take a break for mental and physical health. I know that actors in the industry, their managers and even PR Agencies also tell you that you should look as much as you can and if you take breaks for too long, people tend to forget you.
Nargis is completely healthy after meeting family members
Nargis says, “It is difficult to be alone at times, as a human being you need a support system. So I moved back to New York. I had not met my friends and family in a long time, so when I was back there I spent a lot of time with her. I am completely fine now.”
Nargis was last seen in ‘Torbaaz’
Talking about Nargis, she was last seen in a supporting role in the 2020 Netflix film ‘Torbaaz’, in which she was accompanied by Sanjay Dutt and Rahul Dev. She is currently working in the Telugu film ‘Hari Har Veera Mallu’, in which Pawan Kalyan is in the lead role. This is his first film in Telugu language.
