Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently made headlines for his remarks on women’s outfits and their coverage on his film sets. In an interview with India TV’s show Aap ki Adalat, the actor responded to accusations of having double standards when it comes to women’s attire.

Khan defended his stance, stating that women’s bodies are more precious and should be covered. He also pointed out that the problem lies with men and the way they look at women. The actor revealed that he does not want men to have the chance to stare at the heroine in his films.

This all came about after Palak Tiwari, Khan’s co-star in the film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, spoke out about the actor’s dress code on set. According to her, Salman had said that “all the girls should be covered, like good proper girls” and that there should be a specific dress code.

However, Palak later clarified her statement, saying that she had misunderstood Salman’s intentions. She explained that she had set guidelines for herself on how to dress around people who are way senior to her, and Salman Khan is one of them.

Salman Khan is known for his strict rules and guidelines on set. He is an advocate for the dignity and respect of women and believes that their bodies should be treated with utmost care and protection.

Overall, the issue of women’s clothing and their coverage on film sets is a complex and sensitive one. While some may view Salman’s rules as outdated or unnecessary, it is important to recognize his efforts to promote a safe and respectful working environment for women in the film industry.
