Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer, gave a moving homage to the late singer-rapper Sidhu Moose Wala at his gig after Sidhu Moose Wala’s passing. When Burna mentioned Sidhu’s name on the mic, he broke down and hid his face in his arm in a video posted on Instagram. The singer, whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, then performed Sidhu’s characteristic move, in which he pointed an upward-pointing finger while stroking his thigh. He wiped away his tears and paced the stage. As he played, the audience clapped in support of him.
Burna Boy has also shared a snippet regarding the song and wrote, “I guess we will finish our mixtape in heaven. You gave me inspiration when nothing else was doing it.” The international artist further added, “A legend died today but a martyr was born. Thank you Sidhu Moose Wala. You will never be forgotten.”
And there’s a great piece of news for all of Sidhu Moosewala’s fans. As Steel Banglez, a British music producer and a close friend of the late Sidhu Moosewala made the announcement on stage during a show. It has been reported that the song was titled ‘Rebirth’, but now we just have to wait a little longer to know the title and release date of the song. Moreover, the song is scheduled to hit the music charts in November 2022.
Here’s the video:
Fans are really excited and eagerly waiting for the song to be released soon. Additionally, they are expecting that Sidhu’s family will have undoubtedly given their permission for the future banger to be released. The song will be adding feathers to the hat of Sidhu’s family and the late singer too. Sidhu Moosewala was one name that didn’t need any introduction when it came to international music scenarios.
Meanwhile, it’s awful what happened to Sidhu Moose Wala. His contribution to the music industry will go down in history, and if he had been alive, he would have worked with artists from around the world and raised India’s profile around the world.
