Rohtak: Third day of Baba Mastnath Mela 2022, devotees dance on the beat of drums

The Siddha Shiromani Baba Mastnath Memorial Mela, which is held every year in Rohtak, was inaugurated at Asthal Bohar Math on Wednesday. Devotees from all over the country gather in the three-day fair. Famous across the state and the country, this fair is a symbol of the faith of the people for 300 years. Lakhs of devotees come every year. Today is the third day of the fair. The fair will end after the darshan of Baba Balak Nath.

The fair started with the worship of Baba Mastnath by the Rabari Samaj Samaj led by Naga Sadhus in the Asthal Bohar Math Complex in Rohtak. During this, there was a long queue of devotees from morning till night to have darshan of Baba’s samadhi. The langar of Laddu, Balushahi, Jalebi and Aloo-Puri continued in the fair. Along with shopping, devotees also enjoyed swings a lot. Devotees at the samadhi place sought vows by offering black blankets and prasad. Many people also got the corona vaccine installed here.
