Haryana School Education Board Bhiwani’s 10th and 12th examinations are starting from 30th March. Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal has given strict instructions to DC-SP to prevent copying in Senior Secondary Regular, Re-appear, Open School and Secondary (Re-Appear, Open School) examinations. Section-144 has been implemented around the examination centres.
On Tuesday, Kaushal held a meeting with the DC-SP through video conferencing. He directed the district administration to provide police assistance near the examination centres and stop unnecessary movement. Kaushal said that DCs should constitute flying squads in their districts to conduct the examinations in a copy-free and transparent manner.
Once they themselves also visit the examination centres and check the area around the centre. Special care should be taken that there is no movement of any suspicious person or vehicle around any examination centre. Apart from this, special monitoring should be kept at sensitive centres. DC told the Chief Secretary that control rooms have been set up in the districts, which will be in direct contact with the control room set up at the board headquarters. Not only this, photostat business near the examination centres will also be banned.
There will be a ban on the gathering of five or more than five persons outside the examination centres. No officer, employee will be allowed to enter the examination centers without the identity card. The Chairman of the Board of School Education said that he has made complete preparations for the 10th and 12th examinations. This time the emphasis has been laid on making the examinations copy-free. The question papers will be delivered to the centers amid police security. A control room has been set up at the Board Headquarters to report any problems.
