There has been a big change in the weather of Haryana. Now the real effect of the monsoon will be seen. Heavy rain is expected in many cities of the state for the next three days. An alert has also been issued in Haryana’s Karnal, Panipat, Jind, Gurugram, Faridabad, Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Sirsa, and Hisar.
Due to the rain in the mountains, the water level in the rivers is also expected to rise. While the rains have brought relief from the humidity and heat, the farmers have accelerated the sowing of paddy in view of the favourable conditions.
At present, the sea level is close to normal in line with the monsoon turf line. It is likely to remain subdued for the next two days and then gradually shift southwards. A Western Disturbance as a cyclonic circulation lies over Himachal Pradesh and neighborhoods.
