New Delhi, Film City, Noida: GraphisAid recently launched the production of “Graduate Farzana,” a film echoing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiatives. The inaugural event, held in Noida’s Film City, emphasized empowering girls in North India.
“Graduate Farzana” centers on Farzana, a Delhi-based Muslim girl. The film not only celebrates her completing school but also depicts her emerging as an entrepreneur to support her family. It aligns with PM Modi’s vision of girls playing a vital role in building a self-reliant India.
GraphisAid CEO Mukesh Gupta stated the film conveys a strong message about improving girls’ societal status, emphasizing their significant contributions to a self-reliant India. Malkit Singh, a popular Punjabi singer, underscored the importance of such narratives for societal direction and inspiration.
Renowned poet Merathi praised the film for addressing the Muslim community’s mindset and societal disparities, rooted in PM Modi’s missions.
Film Institute founders Ravi and Deepali Sareen played a crucial role. Two actors, Kashish Choudhary and Azra Khan, were selected from their institute, reflecting the institute’s contribution.
Director Irshad Delhiwala shared that the film sheds light on the current status and mindset of girls in the Muslim community. Notably, Irshad Delhiwala also penned the screenplay.
Producers expressed confidence in their team, comprising talent from various fields, after a year of relentless efforts.
“Graduate Farzana” promises to be a compelling narrative that entertains and inspires viewers, contributing to the social dialogue on girls’ empowerment in contemporary India.
