This is a one-of-a-kind single, a typical Juli Chan sound, created in collaboration with Swedish composers. The summer chill of sound is mixed here with a pleasant if uncertain, love. The song is written in a modern soft international POP style and tells the story of a girl who is contemplating the next ‘move’ in her relationship with a man.
For the first time in her career, the artist co-created her song with a Swedish duo of authors and composers. A Swedish music producer produced the song. His trademark is modern, light POP music.
The music video was inspired by the cult “Immortal Game” of chess, which took place in London in 1851. The game is full of daring figure sacrifices. The lyrics of “Not A Crime,” inspired by many stories of people in love, provide food for thought and allow everyone to identify with it.
