Haryana Government to Cut Down Mobile Internet Amid Farmers’ Protest

Farmers from Punjab and Haryana have once again announced their intention to march to Delhi to press for their demands.

The farmers had declared their plan to reach Delhi on February 13. In response, the Haryana government has taken firm steps.

On one hand, roadblocks have been imposed, and on the other hand, mobile internet has been shut down in several districts.

The Haryana government has suspended mobile internet services, including voice calls, SMS, and all dongle services, in most areas of Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Jind, Hisar, Fatehabad, and Sirsa districts.

This order will remain in effect from 6:00 AM on February 11 to 11:59 PM on February 13.
