The incidents of rape are not stopping in Palwal, Haryana.

Another case of gang rape came to light on Monday. Seeing the girl alone in the house, two youths threatened her and gang-raped her. Mahila Thana Police has registered a case against both of them on the complaint of the victim’s brother. Police have not been able to arrest them.

Surekha, Investigating Officer of Palwal Mahila Police Station said that a youth resident of a village of Hathin sub-division has lodged a complaint that two youths have raped his sister. He has said that when he reached home from his shop around 11 o’clock in the night, as soon as he opened the door of the house, Hakam and Mustuf alias Billa ran out from inside the house.

When he went inside and saw his 13-year-old sister was crying. On enquiry, her sister told that the above two Hakam and Mustuf alias Billa, seeing her alone in the house, suppressed her and intimidated and gang-raped her both alternately.

He took his sister to the women’s police station, where a written complaint was given to the police. On his complaint, the police registered a case of gangrape against both the accused and started the search. Investigating officer says that efforts are being made to arrest the accused, but till the time of writing of the news, both the accused were away from the police.
