Chandigarh – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released a list of 40 star campaigners for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Haryana, setting the stage for a high-octane campaign. Key discussions and plans were formulated in a recent strategic meeting held in Rohtak, attended by Haryana’s election in-charge Satish Punia, Chief Minister Nayab Saini, and other senior party leaders.

In a significant move, the central leadership of BJP plans to host Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in the state twice, reflecting the importance of Haryana in the national political landscape. The meeting also discussed organizing rallies for Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Gurugram and Ambala, indicating his popularity and demand in the region.

The list of star campaigners includes notable figures such as PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari, and various chief ministers including Nayab Saini of Haryana, Bhajanlal Sharma of Rajasthan, Mohan Yadav of Madhya Pradesh, and Pushkar Singh Dhami of Uttarakhand. Former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal and former Home Minister Anil Vij are also slated to campaign, alongside other prominent leaders.

Arvind Saini, the media in-charge for BJP Haryana, reported that out of the 90 Assembly constituencies in the state, 45 have already witnessed ‘Vijay Sankalp Rallies’. The remaining constituencies will soon see similar events, following which the schedules for the rallies of star campaigners will be released.

This strategic mobilization underscores BJP’s intensive preparation to retain its stronghold in Haryana, aiming to leverage the appeal of its high-profile leaders to galvanize support as the Lok Sabha elections draw near. The inclusion of a diverse group of campaigners from across the nation also highlights the party’s comprehensive approach to address regional dynamics and voter interests across Haryana.
