Khali joined BJP: Joined political party, said – no intention of entering the election ring

The Great Khali reached Ambala on Saturday to meet Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij. He told Vij as his old guide and Vij called Khali as his old friend. Khali said that after the distribution of tickets, he joined the BJP.

He said that if he had joined the BJP earlier, people might have said that he had joined the BJP for a ticket.

Originally a resident of the Sirmaur district of Himachal, Khali has been living in Punjab for a long time.
