Haryanvi film ‘Safe House’ gets embroiled in controversies ahead of its release

The Haryanvi film ‘Safe House’, made on the matters of marriage on behalf of the loving couple in the society, has been embroiled in controversies before its release. Rohtak’s lawyer Digvijay Jakhar has sent a legal notice to the film producer and the artist regarding the objectionable scene filmed in connection with the judiciary. They have not only demanded the removal of the scene but have also made a defamation claim of Rs 5 crore.

Advocate Digvijay Jakhar, who is practising in Rohtak Court, says that the Haryanvi film is to be released on December 3. Earlier, the trailer of the film is being shown through the app. Objectionable scenes on the justice system have been filmed inside the film. Wrong comments have been made on judges and lawyers, which will tarnish the image of the judiciary in society.

Not only this, during the hearing of a case in the court premises in the film, slippers have also been hurled while abusing the judge. Due to this, a legal notice has been sent to the filmmakers and the artist demanding the removal of the scene. It has been said to claim defamation of five crores for not removing the scene. At the same time, it has been demanded from the government that there should be a censor board on the films and other broadcast material coming online.
