Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, touted as an action-packed thriller with stars like Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, falls short of expectations. Director Ali Abbas Zafar and writer Aditya Basu offer a film heavy on style but light on substance, leaving viewers wanting more.

The plot revolves around the theft of a crucial weapon from Indian soldiers by the mysterious villain Kabir, played by Prithviraj Sukumaran. However, Kabir’s motives remain unclear, leaving audiences puzzled.

Colonel Adil Shekhar Azad (Ronit Roy) enlists top soldiers Freddy (Akshay Kumar) and Rocky (Tiger Shroff) to stop Kabir, but the film’s first hour feels directionless, relying on repetitive slow-motion shots and weak character dynamics.

The lack of depth in Kabir’s character is disappointing, with Prithviraj Sukumaran’s commendable voice work offering little reprieve.

Despite their star power, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff fail to shine, with their chemistry falling flat. Manushi Chhillar‘s portrayal adds little to the narrative.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar’s focus on style over substance is evident, with excessive aesthetics overshadowing a coherent storyline.

The film’s music and direction offer little relief, with a deafening background score and lackluster song sequences further detracting from the experience.

In conclusion, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan disappoints with its hollow action and lackluster performances. Viewers are left wanting more from a talented cast and crew, making it a forgettable outing in the action genre.
